· We are new company that lack of experiences to handle business.
· Limited vehicle selection.

· Support from media and advocacy organizations.
· Expand to new or larger locations.
· Serving Green customer. 

4. Threats
· External business risks price war between companies which provide
 similar services.
· Demand low prices from customers.
